Job Title: Sr. Automation Tester

Shift Timings: 11 am to 8pm[Flexible]

What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software quality and dedicated to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You should possess a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for detail, as well as a desire to continuously improve both processes and product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience in software development
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Proven work experience in Automation and Manual Testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Python to validate application functionality and performance.
• Experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with international clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
