Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to management.
- Analyze and document complex business processes and systems.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Requirements Gathering And Analysis:
- Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
- Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
- Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools.
- Ability to create basic process models.
- Proficient in various data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks.
- Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data.
- Familiarity with standard process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques.
- Ability to manage basic stakeholder relationships.
- Awareness of solution design techniques.
- Can create simple solution designs using established design patterns and guidelines, to meet business requirements under guidance.
