Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for project and initiative.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), non-functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of documentation practices, including BRD, FRD, SRS, non-functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, with experience in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure effective and collaborative project delivery.
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping to visualize solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, and Figma.
- Ability to create flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation processes to ensure clear, complete, and actionable business and technical requirements.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and better comprehension of end-to-end system functionality.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
- A strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and data analysis techniques is necessary.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Pay: ₹419,767.06 - ₹1,348,658.61 per year
