Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for technological enhancements, and driving strategic initiatives. This individual should be a strong communicator with a sharp business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and articulate technical information clearly.
• Interface with international clients to assess business environments and deliver tailored solutions. Prior experience in client-facing roles with international exposure is essential.
• Evaluate market trends and industry developments to align business strategies with organizational goals.
• Break down complex problems using logical, structured methodologies and propose actionable solutions.
• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare business documentation such as business cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, and sales) to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are managed and met.

Additional Considerations:

• Preferred (but not mandatory): Previous experience as a business owner or steward, offering deeper insight into business operations and strategy.
• Bonus Advantage: A technical background that aids in communicating effectively with technical teams and understanding solution feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a service-based company
• Hands-on experience working with international clients, ideally from North America or Europe
• Technical exposure to tools/languages such as SQL and Python (good to have)
• Familiarity with market research methodologies, including PPC campaigns, SEO, and CRO (good to have)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align deliverables to client value propositions

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
