Job Summary
Position Business Analyst (Offshore) Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Understanding of user "pain points", providing solutions to them. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs. Analyze and document business processes and workflows. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile methodologies and business analysis. Requirements: Min 7 8 years‿ experience required, IT related tertiary education. Proven experience of at least 5 6 years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
