Sr. Business Analyst

Role : Sr. Business Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist with 8–10 years of professional experience to lead requirements management, solution design, and business analysis efforts across projects.
Experience in Government Projects and strong expertise in IEEE Standards for SRS documentation are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation initiatives.
• Prepare detailed, high-quality Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents aligned with IEEE standards.
• Work closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Technical, QA, PMO) to ensure project success.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and create business performance dashboards.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes.
• Support solution architecture discussions by providing clear business context.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases by creating test scenarios and validating requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis/Business Analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in creating IEEE-compliant SRS documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth understanding of business process modeling, requirements engineering, and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in data-driven decision making and preparing reports/insights for leadership.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in Government/PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) projects.
• Understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks related to government projects.
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI/Tableau for business reporting and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
