The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions focusing on SFDC development and customization. With a hybrid work model and no travel requirements the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive impactful outcomes for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and customize SFDC solutions to meet business needs enhancing system functionality and user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on SFDC best practices ensuring optimal use of the platform.
- Conduct thorough testing of SFDC customizations to ensure quality and reliability of solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of SFDC enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Monitor and evaluate SFDC system performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create detailed documentation of SFDC processes and customizations for future reference and training purposes.
- Train and support end-users in the effective use of SFDC fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SFDC-related activities.
