Sr. Data Analyst

Overview

Advanced Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze complex logistics and supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives such as route optimization, inventory management, and cost reduction.

2. Performance Monitoring & KPIs

• Develop and maintain key logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, inventory turnover).
• Monitor vendor and carrier performance metrics to drive accountability and service improvements.

3. Data Modeling & Forecasting

• Build predictive models to forecast demand, shipping volumes, lead times, and stock levels.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for proactive decision-making.

4. Reporting & Dashboards

• Design and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Present insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity and impact.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, procurement, warehousing, and IT teams to understand data needs.
• Support logistics strategy planning with data-driven recommendations.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Automate manual data processes and implement data quality controls.

7. Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of logistics and transportation data.
• Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse structure.

8. Mentoring & Leadership

• Guide junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to analytics best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

9. Tool & System Integration

• Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and TMS/WMS platforms for data extraction and integration.
• Enhance reporting capabilities by integrating data from multiple logistics systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,265.50 - ₹58,948.32 per month
