Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and driven Data Scientist to join our team in Mohali. This role focuses on building and optimizing machine learning models from classical approaches to advanced neural networks for real-world applications. You’ll work with large datasets, uncover insights, and help build data products that scale.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and evaluate supervised and unsupervised machine learning models. Collaborate with data and product teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions. Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights. Continuously monitor and improve model performance using real-world data. Maintain thorough documentation of models, experiments, and processes.Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong Python programming skills (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas, NumPy, etc.). Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and manipulation. Solid understanding of core ML techniques: classification, regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction. Experience with NLP/LLM libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or OpenAI APIs. Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.Preferred Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and fine-tuning or prompt engineering for LLMs.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
