We develop scalable products in the call-centre, healthcare, and enterprise AI space, leveraging cutting-edge advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and Big Data. We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Data Scientist with deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a crucial role in building smart, production-ready AI models for use cases including call quality assurance, intent detection, entity extraction, speech & text analytics, and recommendation systems.

Responsibilities

NLP, AI & Deep Learning Development

• Build and fine-tune deep learning models (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.) for supervised and unsupervised tasks.
• Develop and optimize NLP models for intent classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and text summarization.
• Fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., BERT, GPT, RoBERTa) for specific use cases in
• healthcare and call center technologies.
• Engineer prompts for LLMs to optimize user interaction and automate call workflows.

Voice & Text Intelligence

• Analyze voice data from healthcare call centers using speech-to-text, NLP, and deep

learning models to extract meaningful insights.

• Contribute to speech recognition, text mining, and dialogue system design using cutting edge tools.

System Design & Production

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML/NLP models into scalable systems and APIs.
• Collaborate on software architecture design to ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability in production.
• Research & Innovation
• Conduct exploratory research in NLP, propose innovative solutions, and lead the
• prototyping of new ideas.
• Evaluate multiple NLP/LLM architectures for speed, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
• Understanding the requirements and designing solutions and architecture in accordance with them.

QA, Deployment & Documentation

• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and QA of all models to ensure production readiness.
• Document workflows, experiments, and model performance metrics clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to drive high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain proper documentation for code, configurations, and architectural decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers, Scikit-learn, etc.
• In-depth understanding of NLP concepts such as tokenization, embedding, attention
• mechanisms, and transformers.
• Experience working with LLMs and developing efficient pipelines for production
• deployment.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
• Solid statistical and analytical foundation including regression, classification, clustering, and A/B testing.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), SQL, and API integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical teams.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Good to Have

• Experience working with voice data, especially in the healthcare insurance or call centre domain.
• Prior experience deploying AI/NLP solutions in MLOps pipelines or using cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Prompt Engineering, or Dialog Systems.
• Research mindset with contributions to academic papers, open-source projects, or

patents.
