Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using .NET framework, including languages like C# and VB.NET.
• Develop and maintain web applications, desktop applications, and mobile applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.
• Technical Expertise:
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Understand and implement architectural patterns.
• Leadership and Mentorship:
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Lead and participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# and VB.NET (preferred), with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Frameworks and Technologies: Extensive experience with the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, WCF, and Windows Forms.
• Databases: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is a plus.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
