Prior experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, Azure, .NET framework), Typescript, JavaScript.
- Experience in implementing ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core
- Excellent database (SQL Server) knowledge and experience
- Experience in understanding requirements and prepare technical documentation
- Capability to evaluate architectural options and recommend right for implementation
Good experience in technically leading a team of back-end and front-end developers
Delegating tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and distributing team work schedules
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
- Address any conflicts of the team that may arise.
- Holding team meetings and communicating their results to Team Manager
- Helping Team Manager in the development and implementation of procedures that improve efficiency and increase safety
Helping Team Manager to prepare estimation
Listening to and addressing:
