About the Role –

• Developing or customizing web portals based on the customer requirement
• Acting as a technical software solution expert and coach, knowing tools, technologies and trends
• Architecting the file import framework custom solutions to bring the data from external systems
• Microsoft D365 CRM customization to include server-side code, creating custom workflow, and plug-ins
• Automating business processes with workflows and Power Automate
• Communicating information clearly, accurately and timely to project team members and customers
• Identifying, recognizing, and escalating risks and issues
• Performing assigned project tasks with minimal supervision
• Preparing design and technical documentation
• Training customer staff in technical solutions
• Identifying technical process improvement opportunities and serving as an internal change management champion
• Fostering an environment of teamwork both internally and externally.

Required Skills -

• Bachelor's degree and / or relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing with C# ASP.NET MVC Web Applications, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, SQL, HTML, CSS, OData
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
• Proficiency with Power Automate along with experience in real-time and api-based integration with Dynamics 365.
• Very good understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and design patterns
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration / deployment environments
• Demonstrated ability to work in team-based environments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during remote and / or onsite engagements
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly to explain Anthology products and services to customers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
