As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with a particular emphasis on Kubernetes container orchestration. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Kubernetes and related tools, possesses a deep understanding of DevOps principles, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments and troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, including deployments, services, ingress, persistent storage, and resource management.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure including managing Kubernetes clusters on these platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD) and their integration with Kubernetes.
- Some other technology knowledge required: Kubeseal, Karpenter, Kserve, Knative, Grafana , Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Promtail
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
