Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern front-end technologies, leadership capabilities, and the ability to create seamless user experiences. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product teams to develop interactive, responsive, and scalable web applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and maintenance of responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing UI components.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and work with back-end developers to ensure seamless functionality.

- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

- Architect front-end solutions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with at least 5+ years in web development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency in front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Vuex, or Zustand.

- Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.

- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.

- Previous experience working in Agile development environments.

- Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.

- Experience in designing and implementing front-end architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
