Sr Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Overview

Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain front-end website architecture, user interactions, and responsive design across platforms (web, mobile, WhatsApp).
• Develop and maintain scalable applications, servers, databases, and RESTful APIs. Additionally, should be good with UNIT testing, Database Concepts and Application Architecture.
• Work with graphic designers to enhance user experience and implement intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Support and optimize infrastructure on AWS.
• Maintain best practices, conduct code reviews, and manage CI/CD pipelines. Familiar with SDLC and optimized development.

Technical Skills

• At least 4 years of Full Stack experience
• React.js. Should be familiar with micro frontend.
• Node.js and/or Python
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL or any SQL based database. Candidate should have good knowledge of Database Concept like Stored Procedures, View/Materialized View, Triggers.
• RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ
• AWS (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Serverless Architecture
• Git/Jenkin

Nice to Have:

• Previous BFSI or fintech lending platforms experience
• Understanding of AI/ML integration in fintech platforms
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA)
• Familiarity with compliance automation and regulatory frameworks
• Implement predictive analytics, automated decision-making, fraud detection, and chatbot functionalities.

Location: Mumbai (Work from office only)

Availability: Should be able to join Immediately or within 30 days on selection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
