Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Business Hero is building conversational AI agents that automate customer interactions via WhatsApp and phone calls for enterprises. We're changing how businesses handle lead generation, customer support, and sales processes in markets where WhatsApp and voice are primary communication channels.

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our AI-driven platform that integrates WhatsApp Business API, voice calling capabilities, and automated workflows for sales and customer support.

• Design and develop full stack applications using FastAPI (backend) and Next.js/React (frontend)
• Build scalable and robust systems to support our AI-driven conversational agents
• Implement and optimize LLM-based conversational AI systems
• Create secure authentication and data handling systems
• Work on integrations with WhatsApp Business API and voice calling services
• Build and maintain workflow templates that can be customized for different business needs
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)

• 3-4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Solid experience with React and Next.js for frontend development
• Experience building production-grade APIs and web applications
• Background working with LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI systems
• Knowledge of database design and management (Postgres)
• Experience with WebSocket and real-time communication protocols
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms
• Knowledge of voice/telephony APIs (like Twilio)
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Understanding of semantic matching and natural language processing
• Familiarity with the Indian market and multilingual applications
• Experience working in a startup environment
