Job Description – Data & ETL Analyst - Data Analyst

Skill Set
- 5+ years of minimum Hands-on experience with informatica power center & IDMC (IICS) ETL tools with key transformation components, IDMC experience should be minimum 3 + years
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Redwood - Job scheduling is an added advantage
- Should have good understanding in oracle/SQL server SQL and PL- SQL
- Need to have knowledge on Unix scripts.
- Experience in ETL monitoring and support projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for production support and job monitoring
- Analyze and resolve any production job failures.
- Responsible for break fixes
- Need to work on incident tickets and service requests to bring them closure within the defined SLAs.
- Should be able to handle small enhancement requests.
- Need to coordinate with various teams like Application admins, system admins, DBAs if there are any failures to be handled.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekend shifts.
- Troubleshooting and do performance tuning.
- Responsible to ensure the fixes are successfully deployed in production.
