Overview

a) Looking TOYOTA Applications CTDMS, TOPSERVE, ECRB, ICROP, Toyota Protect & Make My Car.

b) Looking Blocking vehicles , allotment report , GRN , Dealer settings , sales dashboard , pricing upload , stock locator , dealer stock transfer , delivery note , Form 21 master , stockyard master , booking prices , GRN Listing , Stock settlement , Transit reports , Daily Sales report , Insurance Penetration , Order bookings , Insurance status updating , Unblocking Vehicles.

c) Looking employ master, Dealer calendar, Invoice cancellations reports, give roles to employ as per requirement to users, creating bays & assign technicians and support to the top serve users.

d) Looking DCR Reports & co – ordinate with TLs.

e) Co-ordination with TKM to resolve the issues on regular basis with PPR.

f) Handling Toyota Protect Insurance ( Invoice , new policy , renewals)

g) Train new users in the basics of the system: windows, email, intranet, and ms office, in-house applications CTDMS, TOPSERVE, ECRB, ICROP & Make My Car etc.

Other Tasks assigned by your Reporting Head.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
