Sr. IT Manager

Overview

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Formulate and implement IT strategies that align with SaveEco Energy goals and priorities.

· Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support services, ensuring reliability and scalability.

· Oversee technology infrastructure across locations, ensuring maintenance and support of hardware and software.

· Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

· Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

· Work with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions.

· Analyse IT performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

· Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and technology partners, ensuring timely delivery and performance.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on IT operations.

· Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective operations.

· Engage with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and align technology initiatives accordingly.

· Analyse and address technical needs, including server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure design and operations.

· Develop processes to streamline and automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and communications.

B. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: -

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

· 5 - 10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong track record in technology oversight.

· In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.

· Knowledge of emerging technologies in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise systems.

· Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and implement solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

· Experience in managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

· Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.

C. Nice to Have/Preferred Skills and Experience: -

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, etc, and their implementation within business operations.

· Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions.

· Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives to achieve strategic goals.

· Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
