Sr. Java Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java technologies. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new systems and applications
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with 8-15 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM technologies
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
