Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team for a long-term project with Smarsh, a
related field with at least 7+ years of related work experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will
have strong expertise inProven experience as a Java Developer with in-depth knowledge of Java and
J2EE platforms, strong expertise in the Spring Boot framework, and hands-on experience working
with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent
problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to perform successfully in a dynamic
development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Be an effective individual contributor, capable of independently designing and implementing key
features.
Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical direction.
Actively participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Should be very good at problem solving and critical thinking in complex technical scenarios.
Technical Requirements
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role
Core Java – Deep knowledge of Java (preferably Java 8+)
Spring Boot – Hands-on experience building RESTful services
Microservices Architecture – Strong understanding of microservices principles and deployment
Kafka – Experience with message-driven architecture and event streaming
AWS & Spring Cloud – Familiarity with cloud-native applications, specifically using AWS services and Spring
Cloud framework
SQL & NoSQL Databases – Practical experience working with both relational and non-relational databases
Problem Solving Skills – Ability to quickly analyze issues, design solutions, and implement effectively under
time constraints.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
