About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Agile Delivery Coordinator to support our development teams in optimizing project workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between agile delivery, metrics reporting, and operational excellence.

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Agile Delivery Coordinator to support our development teams in optimizing project workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between agile delivery, metrics reporting, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor organizational structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc. Monitor and enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items.
- Track and analyze team metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput and other team metrics the organization has defined.
- Track, analyze and spot patterns in scrum metrics to support daily management practices
- Gathering data and compiling relevant information from scrum masters and scrum teams.
- Provide regular reporting and insights into leadership using ADO and Power BI.
- Track, report and follow up on capital expenditure (Capex) related to the Agile teams on alternate days and weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist in daily management material preparation using the metrics collected
- Coordinate with scrum masters, developers, and product owners to support agile delivery.
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation.
- Assist in release management organization and communication
- Coordinate release documentation creation and completion
