Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sr./Lead Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript to design and develop high-performance, data-rich front-end applications.

You will be part of a talented engineering team working on enterprise analytics products, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to build seamless user interfaces and compelling data visualization experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable front-end components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using React-based libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development(React only)
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and front-end performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Proficiency in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern UI frameworks.
• Good understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling.
• Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  
  

• Experience with data visualization libraries like Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js, or similar.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Prior experience in product-based companies or building enterprise-scale applications.
• Exposure to Micro Frontends and component libraries (e.g., Storybook).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
