• Experience Required: 7+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Skill Assessment: You may be required to complete a skill assessment task prior to interview.
• Shift: Standard shift 4pm – 1am IST (min. 4.5 hrs. overlap with PST)
• Work Hours: Total 9 hrs (8:30 hrs working+ 30 min break)
• CTC: As per market standards
• Notice Period: (Immediate joiner preferred) candidate serving notice and left with 30 working days’ notice period preferred.
  
  

Job Summary

As a Sr.Mobile Apps Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile software applications. You will leverage your extensive experience and technical expertise to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of complex software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Development

• Analyze business requirements and user needs to design and develop mobile solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
• Craft systems designs, lead design decisions, and drive alignment with other senior engineers.
• Architect, design, and develop mobile application features that enhance core offerings and provide a seamless user experience for a large user base. This includes:
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, clean, and efficient code.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity team to ensure secure communication and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR etc.) protocols are met.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams on change control process & documentation for app releases and hotfixes.
  
  

Delivery

• Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
  
  

Feedback assessment

• Conduct code reviews (comment, approve, seek revisions, merge), mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and actively promote engineering best practices.
• Dive deep and troubleshoot complex issues, devise fixes, author root cause analysis documents, and ensure lasting performance and reliability.
• Conduct objective and comparative analyses of competing technologies to advise the team of pos and cons of a technology solution
• Must be able to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time
  
  

Key Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and computer skills, MS Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Organized and detail oriented and able to present information to a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers or higher-level executives
  
  

Must Have “Technical” Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Credited for apps published on App store / Marketplace.
• Proficiency in cross-platform mobile app development framework React Native or Kotlin and RESTful APIs or GraphQL to build and connect mobile applications to back-end & 3rd party services.
• Experience with full-stack development using React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of technology methodologies, delivery models, or frameworks, particularly in the areas of Agile and DevOps practices using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Azure Cloud and backend databases such as Azure Postgres SQL, Snowflake.
• Experience with mobile application testing using tools such as Sonar Cloud, Browser Stack and X-Ray.
• Proven knowledge of healthcare and regional information security best practices and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR etc.).
• Proficiency in IT development & communication platforms like JIRA, ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and their integration into Business systems.
• A combination of education, training, and experience that equates to the qualifications and endows the candidate with the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  
  

Computer And Other Skills

• UI/UX Design: Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.
• Integration: Proven experience consuming RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and implementing network communication.
• Strong understanding of iOS/Android app development lifecycle, best practices, and architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP).
• Hands on experience on IOT application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Swift and Flutter programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and mobile backend services.
• Possess and demonstrate exceptionally strong and upfront communication skills and a customer-centric focus.
• End-to-end development experience in Apps is required (concept to publishing on Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store).
  
  

Other Mandatory Requirement:

• Must Have Broadband Availability: Minimum 30 MBPS (Only national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc.)
• Home Office Setup (Mandatory): Working space to accommodate two monitors +1 laptop (necessary equipment will be provided). The candidate must have access to a quiet and dedicated home office environment that supports productive remote work.
• Asset Arrangement: All necessary equipment (based on role)- including One/two monitors, one laptop, and supporting accessories will be provided by the company. Candidates must ensure safe and secure setup and usage of these assets.
