Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – C# .NET to join our product development team. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, front-end development, system design, and architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex enterprise-grade applications with a microservices architecture and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using C# .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Integrate with third-party APIs and external systems.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, BA, and Support.
• Participate in estimation and planning for new initiatives and releases.
• Support and enhance existing applications.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Act as a key technical decision-maker for architecture and development strategy.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high productivity and code quality.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and capability-building activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across development processes and toolsets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with C# .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Solid front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS (2+ years).
• Hands-on experience with React, Material UI, TypeScript, and MobX.
• Proficient in MS SQL Server.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Hangfire, SignalR.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like XUnit, Jest/JUnit.
• Solid understanding of ES6 standards.
• Domain experience in Banking, Retail, Finance, or Point of Sales (POS) applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
