Responsibilities

• Serve as a major contributor to the design and implementation of the project's overall architecture.
• Lead the development and delivery of software projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with agile teams and cross-functional groups to define, design, and launch new features.
• Mentor junior developers in development best practices.
• Conduct code and design reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Manage CI/CD systems to streamline and automate deployment processes.
• Ensure application quality and responsiveness.
• Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies, such as architecture discussions, refinements, retrospectives, demos, and standups, to drive continuous improvement.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required; 6+ years of work experience, with equivalent technical experience considered as a substitute.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong expertise in Angular or another advanced JavaScript front-end framework.
• Deep knowledge of C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with Python preferred.
• Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.
• Proven experience with large relational databases; familiarity with MS SQL Server preferred.
• Familiarity with SSIS and PostgreSQL is welcomed but not required
• Skilled in software design patterns and distributed systems practices.
• Knowledge of automated testing methods, including unit and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, particularly Azure DevOps, highly regarded.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, AWS Batch, SNS, SQS, ECR, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
