Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, MH

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Reports To: IT Infrastructure Manager / Head of IT

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Network Engineer with 6 years experience to manage, secure, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, network devices (switches and routers), Windows Server 2022, VPN/VLAN configuration, CCTV systems, and endpoint protection solutions like SEQRITE Antivirus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Firewall & Network Security

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage security policies, VPN tunnels, NAT rules, and intrusion prevention.
• Perform regular firewall audits to ensure compliance and best practices.

2. Network Device Management

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 switches and routers.
• Ensure optimal network performance, uptime, and scalability.
• Monitor and resolve network issues related to bandwidth, routing, or connectivity.

3. Server Administration

• Administer and monitor physical Windows Server 2022.
• Perform system updates, patch management, role configuration (e.g., DNS, DHCP, AD), and backups.
• Manage user accounts, group policies, file sharing, and server security.

4. Network Management

• Design, implement, and maintain VLANs and VPNs for secure and segmented communication.
• Maintain network topology documentation and IP addressing schemes.
• Monitor network performance and generate periodic reports.

5. CCTV System Management

• Configure and maintain CCTV infrastructure, including cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and remote access.
• Ensure system uptime, data retention policies, and secure access to footage.
• Coordinate with security vendors for installation and support.

6. Endpoint Security

• Deploy, monitor, and manage SEQRITE Antivirus across all systems.
• Respond to alerts and security incidents, ensuring system protection.
• Keep antivirus definitions and security policies up to date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network and server administration.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
• Switches, routers, and VLANs/VPNs
• Windows Server 2022 (installation, configuration, and maintenance)
• SEQRITE Antivirus
• CCTV systems (NVR/DVR configuration and management)

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• Fortinet NSE Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
• CCNA/CCNP (Cisco)
• CompTIA Network+ or Security

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
