Job Description :

• Strong experience with PHP (core + frameworks) and in building scalable web applications.
• Hands-on expertise in WordPress development and customisation.
• Proficient with Ontraport (email marketing automation, page building, contact management, creating workshop/webinar).
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application debugging.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and managing support queues.
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Good understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Proven leadership ability in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with popular ticketing tools such as Wrike, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹422,603.14 - ₹792,429.64 per year
