Sr. PHP Developer

Overview

PEHP Health & Benefits is seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong backend development experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Python, PHP, or Java, and hands-on experience with databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, ensuring application security and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting system integrations. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), version control tools like Git, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
