Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Power BI and SQL Developer who can design and deliver robust, user-friendly dashboards and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI development, SQL programming, and data modeling, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI development, SQL programming, and data modeling, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Build efficient data models (star/snowflake schemas) and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure reporting.
- Develop complex DAX expressions and calculations to support advanced analytics.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction and transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in creating optimized data models (star/snowflake schemas) and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure and scalable reporting.
- Strong command of advanced DAX expressions for complex data calculations and analytical insights.
- Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
- Solid understanding of query performance tuning, data normalization, and indexing strategies, along with monitoring and supporting Power BI reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and building scalable ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Blob Storage, or other Azure data services.
- Ability to schedule and automate data refreshes and transformations in a cloud environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling) and SQL development
