About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python GenAI Developer with strong engineering fundamentals to join our growing AI/ML team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Generative AI solutions that solve real-world problems using state-of-the-art language models and machine learning frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to AI-driven innovation across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Python-based applications leveraging Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.)
• Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and fine-tune open-source models using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to build robust pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and tools to improve LLM task performance
• Ensure code quality and maintainability using CI/CD, unit testing, and documentation practices
• Optimize model performance for latency, memory, and compute efficiency in production environments
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with product managers and designers

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python, with expertise in object-oriented design and scalable architecture
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI
• Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using vector databases and hybrid search strategies
• Strong experience with LLM evaluation and testing:
• Automated evals (e.g., Prompt Flow Evaluators, Langfuse)
• Human-in-the-loop feedback and performance dashboards
• Familiarity with LLMOps and observability tools: Langfuse, Galileo, PromptLayer, OpenTelemetry
• Experience with optimizing and managing multi-model deployments (OpenAI, Claude, Azure, Mistral, etc.)
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles: Git, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Transformers, and other modern ML/NLP frameworks
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG techniques
• Development of agentic workflows using LangGraph, AutoGen, or Microsoft Prompt Flow
• Experience building real-time AI applications and streaming architectures
• Contributions to open-source GenAI or ML projects
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies like React, Streamlit, or Gradio for interactive AI apps
