Compensation: Open, based on experienceJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and scalable backend services while working in a collaborative, agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
• Build RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with the front-end development team for seamless integration of user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Implement automated testing and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django and DRF.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong command of Python programming.
• Deep understanding of the Django web framework and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ORM (Object Relational Mapper).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Docker, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with asynchronous programming and task scheduling tools.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:
