Sr. QA Engineer

Overview

• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the full product development lifecycle .
• Analyse requirements (user stories) and review acceptance criteria to ensure they are fit for purpose, testable and guide acceptance.
• Create comprehensive and well defined test scripts, with appropriate coverage, that are traceable back to requirements.
• Identify faults/defects and ensure defects are raised correctly and in a timely manner using the defect management tool
• Contribute to reporting including appropriate test metrics on planning, defects and execution.
• Work closely with the development and business teams.
• Able to identify and Architect test framework from scratch
• Can do high level and low-level framework development, grooming and guide the teams technically
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance activities
• Able to handle teams and client . Mentor junior team members and review their test deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Tracking of end to end deliverables
• Adept at making practical decisions and adapting to changing environments
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and coverage

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience including 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring the teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
