About The Team

You will be part of a skilled and collaborative Quality Engineering team working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile SAFe environment. The team focuses on delivering high-quality digital solutions through strong manual and automation testing practices.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Performing detailed requirement analysis and test planning
• Designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Conducting thorough manual testing (functional, regression, integration)
• Developing and maintaining API automation scripts using ReadyAPI
• Implementing and maintaining functional automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
• Participating actively in SAFe (Agile) ceremonies and delivery processes
• Identifying, tracking, and verifying defects through resolution
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within testing and automation
• Supporting AI-based testing initiatives (if applicable)
  
  

• 6–9 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing (requirement analysis, test case design, execution, review)
• Experience in API Automation using ReadyAPI
• Experience in Functional Automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
• Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently with moderate supervision
