Job Title: SailPoint Identity Management Specialist Location: TechM Blr ECITY Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Management Specialist to join our Cybersecurity/Enterprise Security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ and will be responsible for application onboarding, integration, and identity lifecycle management. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and security best practices are met. Responsibilities: Perform application onboarding in SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, including creating connectors and configuring access policies. Work closely with application owners to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with SailPoint. Develop and customize rules, workflows, and policies for effective identity lifecycle management. Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement role based access and Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls. Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience in SailPoint development with expertise in custom connectors, Java, and BeanShell scripting. Strong understanding of application onboarding processes, user provisioning, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in identity lifecycle management and role based access control. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with other identity management tools and technologies. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in identity management or cybersecurity are a plus.
