Sr Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks using WebdriverIO.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and design test strategies.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in test automation.
• Work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results for transparency and traceability.
  
  

Requirements:

• 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in test automation using WebdriverIO.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
