Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems.
- Document software designs code and processes for future reference.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Possess a strong proficiency in React JS Spring Boot and Java.
- Have extensive experience in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
