Job Summary
The Sr. Software Engineer B3 will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop robust and scalable software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AWS-based cloud solutions that enhance system performance.
- Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database operations ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
- Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and aligned with company standards and policies.
- Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Possess extensive experience in AWS demonstrating the ability to design and deploy cloud-based solutions.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL and mySQL with a proven track record of managing complex databases.
- Demonstrate expertise in Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC with a focus on building scalable applications.
- Have a solid understanding of JavaScript and its application in creating interactive user interfaces.
- Show experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Possess strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
