Your Impact

As a Sr. Software Engineer‎, you will be responsible for working on complex enterprise applications deployments. Responsible for managing enterprise deployments for all aspects in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure like Kubernetes clusters in public/private clouds. You are responsible for driving the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management and CloudOps teams to deploy/setup nightly, test and demo environments.

What The Role Offers

• Experience to build and maintain tools for build, deployment, monitoring
• Develop automated pipelines, processes & scripts to support the deployment of applications in cloud environments for development and testing activities
• Deploy, monitor, and administer Cloud applications and the underlying services for Cloud
• Hands-on working experience in GCP/AWS/Azure/OpenShift clouds including administrator activities
• Analyze data including various logs, traffic trace, and complex configuration data
• Responsible for all aspects of the Cloud infrastructure, Deployments, CI/CD pipeline automation etc.
• Knowledge of creating services like registries, DBaaS, K8s Clusters, Storage classes, Ingress Controllers in public and private cloud environments
• Basic database experience which should include executing SQL, and assisting application teams with connectivity and integration activities in SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Oracle in both windows and non-windows environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our nightly environments, assisting the development and test environments when needed
• Experience deploying applications is preferred, and experience with automated deployment tools is a plus
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of software experience on deployment of enterprise products in various complex deployment architecture
• Experience on product deployments in Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments using helm charts
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Minikube and Kubernetes
• Proven experience with automation and/or scripting language skills like PowerShell, Shell scripts, Terraform, Python, and helm charts etc.
• Experience in Kubernetes clusters in GCP/AWS/Azure
• Good Knowledge on CI/CD and build management tools like GIT
• Experience with Linux and Windows platforms
• Experience with Virtualization technologies
• Strong technical analysis skill set required for troubleshooting issues in highly complex architectural environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across engineering teams
