About the Role

Are you a strategic automation leader ready to define test architectures and mentor teams? Venkat Tech is hiring Senior Automation Engineers / QA Managers to drive scalable quality assurance for German client. Lead test initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and shape the future of automation in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define test architecture, best practices, and scalable automation frameworks.
Lead automation projects, ensuring maintainability and clean code principles.
Mentor junior/professional engineers and conduct peer code reviews.
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate QA into deployment pipelines.
Drive device compatibility testing strategies and performance coverage.
Proactively introduce tools, techniques, and innovations to improve QA outcomes.

Requirements

8–10 years of test automation experience in JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks.
Expertise in Playwright, Cypress, and other modern test frameworks.
Proven record of CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
Strong understanding of QA metrics, test coverage strategy, and pipeline scaling.
Experience mentoring teams, driving test strategy, and stakeholder communication.
