As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS5), you will play a critical role in enhancing our platform through innovative development, rapid problem-solving, and close collaboration with Product Management, Customer Support, System Engineers, and our customers, reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
o Lead a small team in designing, developing, and supporting features for on-prem and cloud platforms.
o Mentor engineers on writing testable and maintainable code and drive the development of complete feature sets.
o Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, Designers, and Support teams to drive technical solutions.
o Perform in-depth root cause analysis, troubleshoot and fix complex product issues, and develop tools to accelerate problem resolution.
o Own the delivery of features and fixes with clear communication, risk management, and timely execution.
Example: “You will use strong debugging and coding skills to identify and resolve critical customer issues within our data management platform, improving reporting time by 30% within 12 months.”
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
o BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
o 8+ years of experience developing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and SaaS architectures.
o Strong programming experience, like Golang, C++ or Java.
o Expertise in analyzing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
o Familiarity with open-source technologies such as Kafka, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Flink, or Confluent Schema Registry.
o Experience working with tools like JIRA, GitHub, and TestRail.
o Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, including customer rollout.
o Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
o Exposure to the Data Management domain is highly desirable.
