Role Overview

We are looking for exceptional Staff Software Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This is a high-impact role for senior ICs who can architect, build, and scale complex systems, while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Experience: 6+ years
Compensation: ₹45–₹60 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, secure, and performant systems end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and set best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver features at high velocity.
• Stay hands-on with coding (frontend + backend), while guiding other engineers.
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI-driven dev tools) to boost productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years in a product-based environment.
• Proven experience at top-tier companies (e.g., Apple, Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook, Google) or leading startups (e.g., Cred, PhonePe, Paytm, Postman, etc.).
• Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
