Job Summary

Job Summary Join our transformative team as a highly motivated, ownership-driven Senior Staff Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing how Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms are built, contributing to cutting-edge platform SaaS solutions and SDKs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a team that is redefining the future of cloud technology. Key Responsibilities Actively contribute to the design and architecture of platform SaaS solutions and SDKs, leveraging both internal and open-source technologies. Implement and deliver robust, distributed systems to build scalable Infrastructure Platforms. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment and drive project success. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture, design, and configuration. Operate within an agile delivery methodology to ensure timely and iterative development cycles. Explore, integrate, and contribute to open-source projects to enhance our platform capabilities. Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to internal teams and stakeholders to foster self-sufficiency. Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 5-9 years of professional software engineering experience in a distributed environment. Excellent development experience in Python or Go. Proficient in full-stack development with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React). Demonstrated experience in API development using web frameworks such as FastAPI. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (k8s). Experience working with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with in-memory cache systems like Redis. Experience with messaging/queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS. Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies (e.g., RAG, Agents). Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Helm. Experience with large-scale monitoring systems and various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
