Staff Software Engineer, Front End, FrontRow

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in leading software projects and developing large-scale web apps.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in two or more general purpose programming languages, including one front-end and back-end programming language.
• Experience using different cloud databases, both Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL and reasoning about the tradeoffs between them.
• Experience working collaboratively with various partner teams such as UX designers, UX researchers, Product Managers and other Engineering teams.
• Experience working on database tools like observability tools, database Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recommend, and execute improvements to a shared codebase.
• Design, implement, launch, and land features with high product excellence, high technical quality, and at high velocity. Develop large-scale, user-facing applications.
• Improve the user experience by working with UX, Product Management, and backend Software Engineering partners to influence the direction of the product and the platform.
