
Overview
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- 2 years of server-side experience and familiarity with building for end users.
- Experience building and shipping user facing features and owning the whole stack.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and drive the development of high-visibility projects that are critical to our product roadmap and business objectives.
- Define and Lead Technical Roadmaps, mentor and Cultivate Excellence and work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, intelligence, platform, and experience teams, to ensure alignment.
- Participate in and lead code and design reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead and mentor other Software Engineers (SWEs) within the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Manage large-scale production systems and diagnose complex problems, ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of our services.
