Software Strategy(SWS) Network Engineer
Enterprise/Service Provider Customers, Impact Analysis Services Support (Bugscrub a.k.a. Impact Analysis)

Skill Level
As an SWS engineer, the candidate is responsible for carrying out work within the due date while collaborating with other SWS teams while scrutinizing the presence or absence of impact on the target customer of the assigned bug, achieving QCD.
As an SWS engineer, the candidate ia able to discuss/explain Bugscrub results for target customers of assigned bugs with reviewers and smoothly proceed with work to ensure the quality of deliverables
As an SWS engineer, the candidate is able to communicate via email and chat with people in charge of internal related departments in English and Japanese for assigned bug investigations
The candidate is interested in new technologies and can respond with positive thinking and is willing to learn these voluntarily.
Must have:
Network engineer experience (3 years or more years). Possesses basic knowledge of Router and Switch equipments. JLPTN2 or above Japanese skill sets with Business level of communication skills. Business-level communication skills through email and chat in English.
Optional: Network Specialist Certification in JP (NW), CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent qualification
Must have:
Have experience by handling NW related projects (or close to) for at least 2-3 years as an NW Engineer.
Must have:
Having the ability to become a team player and promote team work while carrying out bug investigations assigned as an NW Engineer.
Optional: Regardless of technology, the candidate has experience investigating and analyzing bug information, creating workarounds (troubleshooting), root cause analysis(RCA), and explanation materials of the customer issues for networks and common IT network infrastructure. Those who have a way of thinking and experience in troubleshooting are a plus.
Optional: Those who have experience presenting deliverables to customers are a plus.
