Overview
Purpose of Role
To guide and support secondary students in reaching their full academic and personal potential by delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and contributing to school-wide growth. The role upholds child safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration, ensuring meaningful learning and well-being for every student.

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for students and staff. Maintain and update school technology and equipment. Support the implementation of educational technology tools. Provide training and assistance to users. Skills: Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Requirements: Experience in IT support, preferably in an educational setting. Knowledge of educational technology tools and systems.
