Overview

• Good Knowledge about hardware, Networking devices and Server hardware.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining and administrating computer networks, Server and related computing environments which include systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations of those application.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and server problems.
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
• Communicating with users about issues, understand the nature of issue and fixing/solving existing system problems.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups, Network security and physical audits.
• 2+ years’ experience in system administration.
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.

• System Monitoring: Monitor and manage, computers, network, and servers to ensure their optimal performance and security.
• Hardware and Software Support: Having proper knowledge of different kind of hardware's and Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in resolving technical problems.
• User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies as per client requirements.
• Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard critical data, and perform data recovery in case of emergencies.
• Patch Management: Keep systems up-to-date by applying patches and updates to operating systems and software applications.
• Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring that client systems comply with security policies and standards, including antivirus and firewall management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their IT needs, provide status updates, and offer technical solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior system administrators and IT consultants to solve complex technical issues and improve IT infrastructure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
