Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of servers and network services.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery operations.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, and user account provisioning.
• Apply OS patches, updates, and software upgrades in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure system security by implementing best practices, antivirus updates, and access controls.
• Maintain and document IT infrastructure, assets, and procedures.
• Provide support to end-users for technical issues and escalate unresolved problems.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support IT operations and projects.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Participate in IT audits, compliance checks, and incident management processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
